Goal

The primary goal of this site (believe it or not) is to help educate people to avoid anybody getting ripped off selling a home for too little, or having one never sell because of unrealisticly high expectations of what a propery is worth. Of course, it would be a lie to say that's the only point of it, the secondary objective is to buy homes for a reasonable price from people who WANT to sell direct without the hastles of listing.

Transparency

If you have any questions about why or how anything is happening, at any step, just ask! Want to know how we came up with the offer number? No problem!

What's with the name?

One of the goals of the company is to make all its homes as environmentally friendly as possible, primarily through adding solar panels and Electric Vehicle charging wherever is practical.

Structure

This is not a charity, its a for profit local small business that believes sharing information so everybody's on a level playing field makes for the best environment. The business makes money primarily through buying homes to renovate and hold long term as rentals. Since the houses aren't being flipped, we save money from no closing costs or other fees from having to sell the house right after buying it. That can then lead to a higher offer for you. We'll also refer sellers (with their permission) to other investors if we aren't able to directly make an offer, and the other investor will generally pay us a referal fee.

Virtual Tours

Starting in 2025, we now offer virtual tours and the ability to get an estimated offer remotely without anyone ever having to step foot in your home!

How does it work?

After sharing your address, upload a video or setup a time to do a video call walking through the house. You'll then get back an offer estimate within 1 business day. An onsite walkthrough will still be required for an official offer letter, but if no major issues are spotted that weren't visible virtually, the final offer will be the same as the initial offer estimate.

Fill out the offer form and specify in the notes you want a virtual walkthrough. Mention if you prefer to upload a video or have a video call, and a secure upload link will be shared if you prefer that option.
